Imagine Dragons回歸！熟悉的鼓點跟充滿野心的旋律！
想當初2012年他們以首張專輯"Night Visions"成功征服許多聽眾
Billboard也將他們稱作"Breakthrough Band of 2013"
"It's Time"、"Radioactive"、"Demons"、"On Top Of The World"都是首專膾炙人口的好歌
p.s. 其中我最愛的是Amsterdam <3
而之後許多合作歌曲也都是走在路上可能會聽得到的XD，一聽就知道是 Imagine Dragons
例如變形金剛4的"Battle Cry"、2014英雄聯盟世界盃主題曲"Warrior"
以及距離現在最近的，和眾多大咖合作的，Suicide Squad自殺突擊隊的"Sucker For Pain"
而這次釋出的新歌代表著，我們熟知的 Imagine Dragons 終於結束2016下半年的 hiatus 回來了!!!
（ p.s. hiatus 是指樂團的間歇休息）
想必今年他們的第三張studio album就會問世了吧？除了Avril跟Ed Sheeran又有一張作品可以期待了XD
在這首歌正式上傳之前他們在官方推特就tease了一下這首歌

不過我在翻這首歌的時候，腦中倒是跳出了 The Script 的 Superheroes 的歌詞
"Turn the pain into power"
這大概就是整首歌的中心思想了
而 Believer 在字典中的闡釋是
"a person who has a religious belief or who strongly believes that something is right or good"
...如果不要宗教感那麼重中文其實好像沒什麼準確對應的單詞 :o
在這首believer中大概就是說「抱有堅定意志、相信某個人事物或相信自己的人」
另外關於團名，中譯謎幻樂團雖然失去了Dragons的原意（幻想之龍）
但更多的是關於這個團名的「謎」
他們表示 Imagine Dragons 這團名是由其他的名字調換字母而生的"anagram(相同字母異序詞)"
至於原本究竟是什麼詞，Imagine Dragons 說他們永遠都不會揭櫫世人的XD
甚至連他們的家人都不知道呢；搜尋 Imagine Dragons band name 則可以查到一堆猜測的字
如Grim and agonies, Agonising Dream等等一大堆，但這麼多字母的組合要猜到死才會猜到吧（汗

＞主歌很明確地用四個段落去訴說一個類似起承轉合的感覺，或許可以簡單地分成：
first- fired up and vent：被點燃怒火並一吐心中不平、
second- be the master of your sea：找回自我不再被人操控、
third- send a prayer and turn hate to a dove (or love)：經由禱告將悔恨的心轉為平靜、
last- after fire and flames：一切苦痛將成為未來的果實。

＞看起來the few似乎說的就是歌迷粉絲們？！
＞take to 有很多意思：
1. To have recourse to; go to, as for safety，前往、去到
2. To develop as a habit or a steady practice，著手進行、開始(養成習慣)
3. To become fond of or attached to，被吸引、喜愛
這裡的意思應該是第三個，另外我也查到一句關於這個片語的saying：
"Two keen minds that they are, they took to each other." (Jack Kerouac)
「越敏銳的兩顆心，越容易互相吸引。」(傑克·凱魯亞克)

＞這裡是"singing from heartache from the pain" 因為節奏的關係我把它拆開了:P
＞接下來幾句歌詞都沒了主詞，讓人多了很多揣測空間；或許可以看回前面的the few？不過失去主詞的歌詞最有趣的還是隨著心境而改變的角度XD

＞這裡 let the bullets fly 我卡超久的！還以為是某種片語，結果能查到的全都是電影「讓子彈飛」的資料XD... 這句歌詞應是一種接受挑戰、接受磨練的態度，在化蛹成蝶之前必須吃過苦頭，以槍林彈雨般的畫面呼應著疼痛(pain)。

＞drive當名詞意指：energy and determination to achieve things，幹勁；魄力；決心；慾望等意思。

＞這段很詩意，看到有網友在討論說是 deep poetry，每個人大概都有不同的看法跟解讀；從過去式來看前四句應該都是在形容過往的一些經歷跟感受。

在我的天堂裡 幻想著美好
＞網友表示：brain 怎麼 live up？
因為太詩意所以從 live up 的相關片語找線索：
live up：to fulfil (an expectation, obligation, principle, etc)，完成；充實
live it up：(informal) to enjoy oneself, esp flamboyantly，享受自我、強調華麗耀眼的感覺
live up to sth：to be as good as something，與…一樣好；符合…的期待
但另外有一片語為：have/get one's head in the clouds，想入非非、做白日夢的意思
＞綜合以上解釋大概比較像是做白日夢的意思；Genius 網友解析或許是因為 choking 所以才 living his brain in the cloud。

＞Genius 網友解析：Dan's feelings never managed to disappear under the onslaught of ash and as such he had to live with them whilst they grew more and more restricted, hence the terms inhibited and limited.
＞看來"never did"或許是指那些 bad feelings 永遠不會湮沒，陰陽共存，然而他們"ever lived"曾經存在過，就像人總有低潮期；沒有悲傷就沒有所謂的幸福，人的情緒一如天平，悲傷和幸福的量總相等，越多的疼痛過後就能感受到越多的快樂。
