繼重拍震懾與編曲鮮明的 Jumpsuit、抓耳而節奏有些輕快但帶點黑暗的 Nico And The Niners、意想不到的全曲饒舌警世如鷹之 Levitate…（喘口氣）之後！twenty one pilots 在今天 8/28 正式釋出了專輯 “Trench”(壕谷) 中的第四首新歌。而且，非常地耐聽。
看著影片中的 Tyler 投入地彈著低音吉他，便想到 Jumpsuit 那充滿力道的音符；Tyler 這次似乎很愛低音吉他呢。新歌 My Blood 以緩而穩重的鼓點入場，伴隨音色清亮、音調幽暗的音效；Tyler 不斷唱著 "I’ll go with you" 拉出這首歌安慰並振奮人心的主題，一顆直球投向粉絲心中。接著低音吉他一進場，突然整首歌變得 bouncy 些，副歌切分音主旋律又抓耳又富律動感，有 disco 也有 funk 的味道，包覆在 twenty one pilots 詭譎神秘，卻讓人不禁舞蹈的招牌風格中。
（是說，這首歌詞某些部份還蠻兇的 XD，有種 gangster 老大要保護部下的英勇又溫暖感覺。Tyler 是多想兇起來，連 Heavydirtysoul 也是唱 gangsters dont cry 哈哈哈）

同時這讓我想起 Nico And The Niners MV中，Bandito 從地道逃出的一幕。同時更呼應了下面歌詞 grab a light and go with you。

﹥grab 用手抓取；在這裡有迅速感，有更強烈表達 I’ll go with you 的責任感。

﹥against 這副詞有衝突、碰上的意思，up against a wall 表達跟牆的接近。up against 口語上也能表達碰上麻煩，如 "He came up against the local police." 他跟地方警察惹上麻煩了。

﹥我用歌詞中沒有表達的「穿」字，旨在呼應回 Nico And The Niners 的 MV；應該說是這整張專輯，穿上 Jumpsuit 即是保護。

﹥bomb 炸彈做動詞有速度感、迅速的意思；bomb down 我查不太到意思，但 bomb out 是把人轟出去、炸出去，bomb down 大概是類似擊倒、迅速地打敗、轟炸的感覺。
