歌曲心得與介紹
距離上次翻 Shawn 的歌是好久以前了，
是前年翻了收在 "Illuminate" 中的 Mercy，那時候覺得很順耳翻的
這次翻是因為歌詞了，可能是因為這首歌夠黑暗哈哈哈哈
這首歌真正觸動我的，也就是和標題一樣的
"It isn’t in my blood."
你要的，這世界要的，都不是我擁有的。
我已經盡力了，我知道自己不能放棄，
但我想我只是需要一些時間給自己喘口氣冷靜。
大概就是這樣
有時候外界給的期許和壓力，無形或有形中都鋪好了路要你這樣走
其實你也知道不那樣走會有什麼後果，
或是你繼續待在原地會變成什麼樣子；
但某些時候那份動力就是無影無蹤，你全身無力地躺在床上
什麼事都不想做，想著自己想著未來想著到底這世界在幹什麼
"This song is the closest song to my heart that I’ve ever written."
「這是我寫過最貼近自己內心的一首。」
Shawn 在推特上這樣說。
我也非常非常高興他願意把最深處的東西寫出來，讓人感同身受。
也可能他就是靈感枯竭了寫不出音樂所以才寫出這首（？

"The concept of this song is about how it feels [when] you’re about to give up, and then you don’t. That’s the whole payoff in the chorus section…It’s not about when it happens. It’s kind of about something that I think everybody goes through and it’s something that I think people don’t talk about often, especially in music."

下面是個人的碎碎念時間

其實可能也是因為自己最近很有這種 "It isn’t in my blood" 的感覺
不斷懷疑自己到底是不是走錯了路，這條路適不適合我
我的血液裡有那種基因或天分嗎？別人似乎都做得比我好
然後就陷入了自卑或謙虛、自大還是自信的腦內抗戰。
但慢慢有調適回來了，其實只要投入某件事情中
這些矛盾自然都會暫時消失的
慢慢學著從比較裡自我檢討、在每一步扎實中期望未來的進步
隨時隨地都懷有一顆謙虛的心，看別人的好與學習。
