＞因為那些已經習慣用鈔票泡澡的人，活著不能沒有鈔票，於是為了他們的慾望他們得用各種手段快速賺到錢，例如販毒(selling drugs=trapping)。同時如果沒有這些人存在的話，大概藥就會比較難弄到手，於是用shout out一詞，意思是大聲說出想說的話、公開表達謝意或崇拜等等，例如："All those shoutouts on the radio"、"shout-out to my family/friends"、"I'd like to give a shout out to all my fans who've been with me from the very beginning."；其實看完例句很明白是什麼意思，但就是想不到中文裡有什麼詞彙可以用來表達這種舉動XD

＞booth就是隔間，獨立於其他空間的一個小區域，例如電話亭、拍大頭貼的機器、展場的分區或屬於自己的小天地都可以說是booth。

＞這裡的soundtrack大概八九不離十說的就是電影"Fifty Shade of Grey裡的經典配樂，The Weeknd的"Earned It"。另外無關主題說一下，雖然應該很多人知道了，Fifty Shade of Grey中的Grey除了是名字也是灰色的意思，Shade則是色度的意思（色度就是色彩的飽和度或彩度，白話一點應該可以想成深淺度），所以直譯意思是「灰的五十種色度」，對岸則翻成「五十度灰」。

＞"make it"的意思字面上看來就是「做到了」，本意就是經過一些困難之後成功的達成了某個目標，在這裡因為整首歌的主題是overdosing(服藥過量)，而overdosing的可能的結果之一是死亡，於是make it在這裡應該是成功倖存、繼續活著之類的意思。

＞"Different strokes for different folks"是一句俗諺，意思是人各有所好；strokes在此是「撫摸」的意思、folks是「人們」的意思；某種程度看來這句諺語其實有點性含意，在這首歌中更為明顯了；Genius的網友解釋中認為stroke可能是指stroking his dick。

＞stroke翻成中文有各種意思，以下列舉名詞方面的解釋：（以武器）打擊，擊球，筆畫，（游泳的）劃水動作，一點點分量的工作，很突然的一個舉動，輕撫，鐘響等等；我個人想到這些東西的共通點可能是「一個劃過去的痕跡」的畫面，運用一下想像力XD，幾乎以上這些都有一種劃過去留下一道痕跡的感覺，我想或許可以用這個方向去理解"stroke"這個字。
